Upcoming stuff.

During the vast expanse of time between posts I have had a lot of thoughts/ideas rolling around this empty head of mine. Subsequently, I thought it might be advantageous to post a quick note on some of the things in the works and soon to appear on this page. I mention this, if for no other reason, to keep ME on my toes and ensure that I stay on top of things.

I plan interviewing Don Brown and Ron Banner from the legendary Hyper As Hell. We will be talking about the history of band and it's impact on the local music scene.  I will keep you posted on the status of this as it progresses.

Also, I am currently working on a piece titled "Is there a band out there as awesome as Voivod?".  Here's the quick answer, "no". Check back later for a more detailed answer to that question as well as a thorough supporting argument.

Finally, soul singer Charles Bradley recently released and album called "Changes".  I am working on a short overview of that record as well as the albums that precede it......all of that plus music, film and comic reviews, as well as moderately amusing anecdotes about life in Akron, Ohio.

Hello...Is it me you're looking for?

Wow.  It has been a few days past forever since the last post.  I have been excessively busy and had precious little time to write.  But, in the meantime, I have been to quite a few shows (where I have seen some great bands), seen a number of films, bought a few records and started reading a number of comic titles. Now that I have more time to write, I'd like to share. However, in order to have more frequent posts, I've asked for some contributions from those closest to me.  While the posts might not appear on a regular basis, you will be seeing more of them - reviews, interviews anecdotes.
